Having a rules tab in forums or main site header.(unless it is and im totally blind, which very well could be) I know its in the discord and in announcements area but I feel its convenient to have A widget or button taking you directly to them in one area on the site

You can also do /rules ingame chat to get a short list of the main server rules and the link to the in depth server rules on the forums. I had a little trouble when i first joined the server as well.
